We believe capital campaigns are programmatic, leadership-dependent and funds-driven by nature. The Funding Solutions partners become an integral part of our clients’ teams long after setting AND achieving the initial project goals. We believe capital campaigns are more than fundraising, rather, they are a long-term investment in community development. The Funding Solutions team engages on a deeper level with a hands-on approach and clear individual steps to codify the partnership and set carefully-crafted solutions in motion.
Leadership Consensus Building
We interview appropriate staff members and key private and public sector community leaders to determine program feasibility, positioning and funding goals.
Leadership Consensus Building Report
The information collected during the Initial Interviews serves as the basis for the LCB Report and Campaign Proposal. Funding Solutions recommends its level of involvement, which varies per proposal, and includes an overview of the materials needed to achieve prospective goals.
Team Development
As our team digs in and works with staff, we determine the appropriate contributors for the fundraising effort. Funding Solutions recommends a mixed team: the client and appropriate principal(s) from our senior leadership. In this phase, support includes securing a campaign chairperson, co-chairs, steering committee, campaign office and a campaign cabinet, as needed.
Sales Material Development
Following the outlined Proposal, we produce all materials related to the campaign, including an Executive Summary, which serves as one of the primary sales tools.
Presentation & Professional Sales Calls
Our team will coordinate and conduct all presentations and sales calls necessary to achieve the defined goals. We ensure proper follow-up after leading those meetings.
Letter Of Intent
Funding Solutions secures a letter of intent for all commitments. We provide bi-monthly status reports and documentation that will remain in the permanent program files.
