As our team digs in and works with staff, we determine the appropriate contributors for the fundraising effort. Funding Solutions recommends a mixed team: the client and appropriate principal(s) from our senior leadership. In this phase, support includes securing a campaign chairperson, co-chairs, steering committee, campaign office and a campaign cabinet, as needed.
Following the outlined Proposal, we produce all materials related to the campaign, including an Executive Summary, which serves as one of the primary sales tools.
Our team will coordinate and conduct all presentations and sales calls necessary to achieve the defined goals. We ensure proper follow-up after leading those meetings.
Funding Solutions secures a letter of intent for all commitments. We provide bi-monthly status reports and documentation that will remain in the permanent program files.
